Long-time residents of the area

We love selling Real Estate in Searcy and White County, because we love living here! We have lived in the area for more than 25 years. Judy and her husband Phil met at Harding in 1977, and chose Searcy as the place they wanted to raise their sons, Jeff and Joel. In 1991, the moved to Searcy.
We have been the #1 Team in Searcy/White County Area for the last 10 years, and in the top 10 with RE/MAX in Arkansas!

Judy's Education

Judy is very familiar with the housing and interior design aspect of home ownership. She has a B.S. as well as a M.Ed. in Family and Consumer Sciences from Harding University with an emphasis in interior design and home technology. She has taught Visual Merchandising as well as Home Technology as an adjunct at Harding University in recent years. Judy is an Executive Broker.

Joel's Education

Joel grew up in Searcy and is a graduate of Harding Academy ('99). He received his BBA from Harding University in 2003 in Information Technology. He joined the Hoggard Team in 2008 after spending time in computer repair and five years in a management position in the car wash business. He and his wife Emily (Richardson) Hoggard have three children. He is an Executive Broker.
